II. Product Condition Classification

To ensure a fair and reasonable return process, we classify products based on their condition:
(1) Unopened & Unused Items
Refers to items that remain in their original packaging with seals intact—never opened or used.
Processing:
Eligible for a full refund.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to a product defect).
(2) Opened but Unused Items
Refers to items that have been opened but not actually used, and remain in a condition suitable for resale.
Includes: Packaging opened, or powered on for testing purposes but not used for an extended period.
Processing:
Eligible for a refund or exchange.
A restocking/depreciation fee (a percentage of the item’s value) may apply.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to a product defect).
(3) Used Items
Refers to items that have been used or show signs of use (e.g., wear and tear, water stains, odors, etc.).
Processing:
Generally, returns based on a “change of mind” (no-fault returns) are not accepted.
If the item is defective, we may offer repair, replacement, or a partial refund.
Relevant supporting evidence (photos/videos) must be provided.
(4) Defective Items or Shipping Errors
Includes: Product damage, functional defects, incorrect items shipped, etc.
Processing:
Eligible for a full refund or a free replacement.
We will cover the return shipping costs.

III. Non-Returnable Items

The following situations may not be eligible for a return:

Damage caused by human error or improper use.
Items that show obvious signs of use or wear and tear.
Requests submitted after the return period has expired.

IV. Return Process

Provide your order number and a description of the issue (attaching photos is recommended).
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return confirmation details.
Follow the provided instructions to ship the item back to the designated address.

Items returned directly without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item first, and then place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. This ensures the most efficient processing of your request.
